Meet Miss Somerville

Miss Somerville grew up on a grain farm south of Edmonton. She graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Family Ecology, and a minor in child and youth studies. Being passionate about family studies she decided to pursue graduate school and obtained a Master of Science in Family Ecology & Practice.

Miss Somerville is excited to work at Christ-King and Theresetta throughout the year to support students wherever possible! She is focused on supporting students and their families in achieving and maintaining a high quality of life that fosters healthy development for students. Aiding in students’ success in school is her primary goal, which may be done through support in various areas of students’ lives (i.e. school support, social support, etc.).

Miss Somerville will be at Christ-King 1-2 days a week and is open to any questions or concerns from parents. She can be reached through email: [email protected]
