Meet Mrs.Tomi

Hello Christ King Families!  My name is Tomi Turnbull and I am so excited to be joining the staff at Christ-King Catholic School!

A little bit about me:  I was raised in the Byemoor area on a family farm.  After high school graduation I got my post secondary education in social work.  After some travelling, my husband and I settled in the Stettler area in 2007.

I have worked locally with children and caregivers in many capacities since that time.  Over the years I have come to believe that relationships are the most important factor in success. Intentionally building relationships with compassion, cooperation and goals allows students to become healthy, whole individuals in all aspects of their lives. When we are supported and connected the barriers we face are more manageable and the focus can return to academic success.

I have a unique role helping to advocate for our students to achieve their fullest potential in all areas of their lives while bridging the space between academics and social/emotional well-being.  I look forward to meeting you and becoming apart of the community at CKCS.

I can be contacted at the school by phone: 403-742-0280 or email: tomi[email protected]
